1. Beta service
AnchorStudio is provided as a beta product. Features, supported providers, model presets, limits, interfaces and availability may change during testing. Beta features may contain errors or be temporarily unavailable.
2. Accounts and security
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for activity performed through your account. Do not share passwords, verification codes or provider API secrets. We may suspend or restrict accounts where necessary to investigate abuse, fraud, chargebacks or service-security risks.
3. Third-party AI providers
AnchorStudio can connect to third-party AI providers. Their models, prices, rate limits, content policies, regional availability and output rights are controlled by those providers and may change independently of AnchorStudio. BYOK charges are incurred under your own provider account.
4. Plans, billing and cancellation
Paid plans are billed at the price and billing period shown at checkout. Payment processing is provided through DOKU. Charges are processed in IDR at the amount shown during checkout. Plan changes and renewal behavior follow the billing option presented at checkout. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, cancellation scheduled for the end of a billing period preserves paid access until that period ends.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use AnchorStudio to bypass provider restrictions, attack or overload the service, automate abusive free-trial consumption, interfere with other accounts, access systems without authorization, or use stolen/unauthorized API credentials.
6. Your projects and generated content
You retain responsibility for the materials you submit and for determining whether you have the rights necessary to use them. Rights in generated output can depend on the selected AI provider, model and applicable law. AnchorStudio does not guarantee that generated output is unique or free from third-party claims.
7. Availability and limitations
AI generation is probabilistic and depends on third-party systems. We do not guarantee that every request will succeed or that a particular model will remain available. Reasonable service controls, including quotas, rate limits, provider permissions and security blocks, may be applied.
8. Refunds and disputes
Refund handling may depend on the transaction status, DOKU/payment-provider processing rules, applicable consumer law and the circumstances of the request. Diagnostic billing/request metadata may be reviewed to investigate a support or refund claim.
