Privacy Policy

Effective 28 August 2026. This policy explains how AnchorStudio handles information for the AnchorStudio website, account service, beta desktop app and managed backend features.

1. Information we collect

We may process account information such as your name, email address, verification status, subscription plan and account identifiers. For security and service operation we may also process IP address, user-agent information, an AnchorStudio installation/device identifier, login events, request timestamps and service error metadata.

2. How we use information

We use this information to authenticate accounts, provide plan entitlements, operate managed AI features, prevent abuse, diagnose failures, support billing/refund investigations, communicate service information and improve product reliability.

3. AI and provider requests

Some AnchorStudio features send prompts, images or other selected production inputs to AI providers in order to perform the requested generation or analysis. BYOK requests use the provider account configured by you. Managed features may use AnchorStudio-controlled provider credentials. Provider processing is also subject to that provider's terms and privacy practices.

Request-content logging is designed to be configurable. Operational metadata may be retained separately from prompt excerpts. Where enabled, prompt excerpts can be limited to errors or a defined diagnostic window rather than stored indefinitely.

4. Security and abuse prevention

We may use account, IP, device/install identifiers, request patterns and rate-limit events to detect automated abuse, credential attacks, excessive trial usage or activity that threatens the service. Access may be rate-limited or blocked where necessary to protect users, provider budgets and the platform.

5. Data retention

Operational request logs and security events are retained for configurable periods and may be automatically purged. Billing and transaction records may need to be retained longer for accounting, dispute, fraud-prevention or legal purposes. Local AnchorStudio project files are controlled by the user unless a feature explicitly uploads selected content.

6. Billing

Payments are processed through DOKU. AnchorStudio receives transaction identifiers and status information needed to activate or update your plan, such as invoice number, plan, billing period, payment status and access period. Payment-card details are handled by the payment provider rather than stored by the AnchorStudio website.

7. Your choices and contact

You may contact us about account or privacy questions at support@anchorstudio.id. Certain records may need to be retained where required for security, billing, disputes or legal obligations.

8. Beta changes

AnchorStudio is in beta. This policy may be updated as features and infrastructure evolve. Material changes should be reflected on this page with an updated effective date.
